Most recharges can be done within an hour and we will refund your money if we can’t do the recharge or if the recharge fails within 24 hrs.You must request a refund within 3 days after the payment.Your website Registration Email and Payment Email should be the same.

We will provide the Transaction ID to check the status of the recharge.If you didn’t receive it after 24 hrs contact us and we will refund the money.If you receive the Recharge ID and for some reason your account didn’t get update please contact the Service Provider.
